is 26 years old. She has polio and she walk with crutches although she
only can walk short distances.
She lives in Penestaran and she paints “Penestaran style” or “young artist style”.
She has never been to school so she cannot read or write. She had never been out of her house in her life until August 2001 when Kupu-Kupu organized an exhibition in Nusa Dua (Bali) and she went to the opening. There she met other people with disabilities for the first time in her life
Made works in her parent’s modest warung (cafe) in Penestaran Kelod (Ubud) where she also displays her crafts.
