Volunteer
and Make a Difference
We
depend heavily upon the volunteered time and resources of a few good
people to make the foundation work. If you are a veterinarian,
please visit our Visiting Vet Guidelines page. For
others, here are
some examples of how you can help:
1.
Car and Driver
We are in need of volunteers who will donate the use of a car and driver
to transport people and equipment to and from the Field Clinic and also to
support the Street Program. Utility vehicles (i.e. Kijangs and
Panthers) or vans are preferred.
2.
Field Clinic Assistance
We need volunteers to go out with the Field Clinic and assist with dog
catching, prepping, post-op, and education.
3.
Foster Parents
We need volunteers to act as foster parents for puppies and
recuperating dogs until homes can be found.
4.
Vet Accommodations
We have visiting vets from all over the world and need short term accommodations
for them. Usually just a room in a home is sufficient. The
length of stays can be from a few days to 3 weeks. As our
operation is centered in the Sanur / Renon areas, accommodations near
those areas are preferable.
