To order any product, just send us an email with the following information:

     Name
     Shipping Address (street, city, state/province, zip/postal code)
     Day Telephone
     Night Telephone
     Email Address
     Quantity, Item number and Name of each item ordered

DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH YOUR INITIAL ORDER.  AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS.

Watch Your Order Being Built
If you wish to watch your furniture being handcrafted, just let us know and we will email you progress photos.

Delivery Times and Freight Costs
Most orders are custom built.  The are three factors that determine delivery times: 1) manufacturing time, 2) shipping from Bali to your country, and 3) delivery within your country to your shipping destination.  Generally, each order is custom built and takes 1 to 2 months to make.  Shipping from Bali to the U.S. takes about 4 to 6 weeks.  Shipping within the U.S. generally takes 1 to 4 weeks.  Therefore delivery times within the U.S. generally range from 2 to 4 months from ordering.

Payment and Deposit
At this time we do not accept credit cards.  Payment is made by check made payable to "Sherry Grant" and mailed to:

Payments are due as follows:

50% deposit when order is confirmed

25% plus shipping costs is due when the item is shipped from Bali

25% is due upon receipt

You will be notified when shipping occurs and updated on the delivery method and schedule. 

Return Policy
It is our policy that all items are returnable within 30 days without question and for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied with your goods.  If the return is due to manufacturing defect or you feel that the product has been misrepresented then we will pay for the return shipping.  If you are returning the product for any other reason, then you must pay the return shipping.  The return shipping is to Oakland, California (not Bali).

If you have a problem after thirty days, contact us and we will evaluate whether a return is appropriate.  More than anything, we want happy and satisfied customers.
